School Booking Form

List of required items for school water sports activities:

• Sunscreen/zinc (apply at least 90 mins before the start)

• Wear clothes that can get wet, suited to the weather on the day (shoulders have to be covered)

• Hat

• Towel

• Change of clothes

• A plastic bag to put wet clothes in

• Water shoes are not required but recommended

  
  

Terms & Conditions

Booking & Payment

• Quotes are calculated per student. Equipment and staffing are arranged based on confirmed numbers.

• If fewer participants attend on the day, you will still be charged the original quoted number unless changes are advised at least 1 week prior to the session.

  
  

Participant Requirements

• All participants must know how to swim.

• A signed waiver is required for all students and participating school staff and will be provided ahead of the program.

  
  

Safety & Supervision

• Staffing ratios are determined by final participants numbers.

• A school staff member must remain onshore to supervise any students not participating.

• Responsibility for students on land rests with the school.

  
  

Weather & Cancellations

• Sessions will run in all weather conditions, with alternative land-based activities offered where necessary.

• Schools cancelling within 1 week of a session will incur full charges.

  
  

Conduct & Responsibility

• Students must follow staff instructions and behave respectfully. Unsafe or disruptive behaviour may result in removal.

• Students must bring suitable clothing, sun protection, and any required medication.

• The centre accepts no liability for lost or stolen belongings; valuable should be kept to a minimum.
