Safety Checklist

All participants can swim confidently

All participants are fit and healthy enough to participate

All participants have been provided with a correctly fitted buoyancy aid and will wear it at all times

All participants are aware of designated sailing/paddling zones and NO GO areas

I will follow all staff instructions and return equipment in good condition

Waiver & Key Terms

By signing below, I confirm that:

I understand that water sports carry inherent risks including injury, drowning, equipment failure, and changing weather.
I agree to participate and/or hire equipment at my own risk.
I release Balmoral Water Sports Centre (BWSC), its staff, and affiliates from all liability for injury, accident, loss, or damage, including from negligence.
I will not make a claim against BWSC and will cover the cost of any equipment damage caused.
I accept responsibility for supervising children under my care.
I understand BWSC is not responsible for personal belongings.
I agree to follow all rules, use equipment safely, and return it promptly and undamaged.
I understand that returning equipment late will incur additional charges.
